Shade/Lightfastness:
Except where stated all Process Sets meet European shade specifications (eg ISO 2846). Lightfastness values (blue wool scale) are as follows (all in full strength prints):
Yellow 4-5. Magenta 4-5. Cyan 7. Black 7-8
For Fine Art Reproduction and other high specification applications, 132502 Lightfast Magenta and 132501 Lightfast Yellow (both Lightfast Blue Wool 6) can be combined with most four colour blacks and cyans to give a fully Lightfast process set.
U.V. Varnishability:
The use of I.R. Drying is NOT recommended when subsequent overvarnishing wet on dry with U.V. or conventional varnishes is intended. Further information on factors influencing U.V. varnishability and other “finishing” processes can be obtained from us.
A full technical data sheet and safety data sheet is available for all inks.
Shackell Edwards can provide PANTONE® formula guides for standard, pastel and metallic shades, together with other PANTONE® publications.
